Grandpa power! Will he be able to accomplish something? NO ONE KNOWS.

In other news, the Naruto manga ended last week. I sort of feel the same way I did when Harry Potter ended (which was 7 years ago D:) — there’s a weird combination of dreading of a future world with no more new content and feeling proud of an author that created a great story that a lot of people clearly identified with. Naruto seems to me like the Sailor Moon or Cardcaptor Sakura of the shounen genre… people will be remembering it for a long time.

I know I will. I started reading Naruto when I was in middle school, around 2001 or 2002, and have old pieces of fanart to prove it. That is a long time to stick with something.

Well, I won’t talk about it much more because I don’t want to spoil anything, but the last two chapters were great. I haven’t watched any of the Naruto movies, but I’m looking forward to the last one since it seems like an epilogue that happens between the last chapter and the second-to-last chapter!
