I just got back from Japan, and I'm super jetlagged and tired but I had a lot of fun! Here's some comics about the trip while I adjust to a normal sleep schedule.
The hotel featured in this comic was Hotel Piena located in Kobe! It actually did have an awesome breakfast buffet and even had a patisserie full of beautiful desserts on the first floor! Best of all, THEY HAD DESSERTS AT THE BREAKFAST BUFFET:

Well, at least the exercise lets you work up an appetite for that buffet!

Haha, that’s true! We thought about taking a taxi on the way back after our stay, but we figured out a route that was a bit shorter and figured we should save some bucks after splurging on nice hotel food. XD
